Cable tray and busway installation requirements:

 

(1) The metal bridge and the wire trough and its support are not less than 2 in length and connected to the ground (PE) or zero (PEN) mains.

 

(2) Both ends of the connecting plate between the non-galvanized bridges and the connecting plates between the non-galvanized wire grooves shall be connected to the copper core grounding wire, and the minimum sectional area shall not be less than 4 mm2.

 

(3) The two ends of the connecting plate between the galvanized bridge and the connecting plate between the slots do not cross the grounding wire, but there are not less than two connecting fixing bolts with anti-loose nuts or anti-loose washers at both ends of the connecting plate.

 

(4) The bridge frame shall be laid under the flammable and explosive gas pipeline and the heat pipeline, and the minimum clearance from the pipeline shall comply with Table 6-11.

 

(5) Bridges laid in shafts and crossing different fire zones, according to the design requirements, there are fire barriers.

 

(6) Bolts and bridge connecting plate bolts between the bridge frame and the bracket are firmly fixed, and the nut is located outside the bridge frame.
