According to different installation methods of load switch, it can be divided into side-mounted ring network cabinet and formal ring network cabinet or compressed air ring network cabinet and vacuum ring network cabinet.

1. The structure of the side-mounted ring network cabinet: the side-mounted ring network cabinet is composed of electrical components, cabinets and interlocking mechanisms.

1.1, electrical components: electrical components mainly have FN12-12 load switch with side mechanism or FZN25 vacuum load switch, current transformer,

Voltage transformers, high-voltage live displays, etc., all fixed on the cabinet.

1.2. Cabinet: The cabinet of the side-mounted ring network cabinet adopts a fully assembled structure, which consists of a skeleton, a top plate, a door panel and a side sealing plate. The skeleton, the top panel and the side seal are formed by bending the steel plate.

1.3. Interlocking mechanism: There are interlocking devices between the load switch, grounding switch and front door panel in the ring network cabinet. The operation relationship between them is as follows:

a. When the load switch is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed, and the front door panel cannot be opened;

b. When the load switch is opened, the grounding switch can be closed, and the front door panel can be opened when the grounding switch is closed;

c. When the grounding switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed, and the front door panel can be opened;

d. When the grounding switch is opened, the load switch can be divided and closed, and the front door cannot be opened.

e. In the cable entry cabinet, when the incoming line is powered, the electromagnetic lock controls the front door panel regardless of whether the load switch is in the closing or opening position, so that it cannot be opened. (except for emergency unlock with special key)
