◎Structure
The basic cabinet of this series is a combined assembly structure. All the structural parts of the cabinet are connected to each other by screw fastening to form a basic frame, and then add doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets and busbars and electrical components as needed. Wait, assemble into a complete switchgear. This cabinet has the following features:
1. The frame adopts C-shaped steel; the three-dimensional gusset is used for positioning, and the bolted connection has no welded structure, thereby avoiding welding deformation and stress and improving the installation precision.

3. The internal structure is galvanized. After external pickling and phosphating, it is sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder.
4. ◎Installation and use
The installation of the product shall be carried out according to the general installation method of the power distribution equipment. The basic channel steel and the bolts fixed by bolts shall be provided by the user. When the main busbar is connected, the lap joint must be folded and flattened, otherwise the cabinet bolts are loosened for adjustment.
After the product is put into operation, it needs to be inspected and tested before it is put into operation. Check whether the surface coating (such as spray) of the cabinet is damaged, whether the cabinet is dry and clean; check whether there are foreign objects in the cabinet (such as bolts and welding rods). Whether the bolts are tightened or loosened; check whether the operating mechanism is reliable and the movement is accurate; check whether the setting current value of the switch, the scale of the meter, the ratio and polarity of the transformer meet the requirements. Finally, use 1000 megaohms of insulation resistance value, should not be less than 1 megohm, use temporary power supply to test power, electric unit and indication should be accurate before they can be put into operation.
After putting into operation, routine maintenance should be maintained. The heating of the busbar should be measured regularly. If the temperature rise is high or there is abnormal noise, the cause should be ascertained. Cleanup and maintenance work is carried out every 2 to 5 years depending on the operating environment.
