◎Overview
GGD series AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is the newly developed low-voltage switchgear of the Ministry of Energy. It is a new product of the old equipment replacement. It is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mines, and exchanges 50 Hz, voltage 380 volts. Working power to 3200 amps of power distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment for power conversion and power distribution and control.
The product complies with C439 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" and GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.

◎Environmental conditions
The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40% and not lower than -5 °C. The average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35 °C.
Installed indoors, the altitude of the place of use does not exceed 2000M.
The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% at a maximum of +40 ° C, allowing a greater relative humidity at lower temperatures.
(eg 90% at +20 °C) should take into account the possibility of accidental condensation due to temperature changes.
The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane is not more than 5 degrees.
The equipment should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and shock, and where the electrical components are not corroded.
Users can negotiate with the manufacturer if they have special requirements.
◎Main circuit scheme
◎Entry method
The GGD cabinet incoming line has the usual upper and lower side incoming lines. At the same time, it also designs the way of entering the line from the top, left, middle and right positions of the cabinet and the back line of the cabinet to meet different engineering designs. The need for incoming lines.
◎Main bus
The GGD2 cabinet uses aluminum busbars, and the GGD3 cabinet uses copper busbars. The main busbars are arranged at the rear of the upper part of the cabinet and are clamped by modular bricks. The busbar clamp is hot-molded with high flame retardant material and has high mechanical and dielectric strength.
◎Cabinet structure
1. The frame is assembled by partial welding of MF cold-rolled steel plate, and its rigidity and load-bearing capacity are all required to meet the installation requirements of electrical components. The mounting holes arranged on the frame by E=20mm and E=100mm modules respectively improve the versatility of the assembly.
2. The upper and lower ends of the cabinet have cooling holes. The cooling holes are sealed with steel wires. When the power distribution cabinet is in operation, the heat of the heating elements rises and is discharged through the upper end cooling holes, while the cold air is replenished from the lower slots. The sealed cabinet forms a natural air passage from the bottom to the top, and the heat dissipation performance is good.

4. The door and the frame are connected by the hinge of the rotating shaft, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. Rubber moldings are added to the bends of the door to prevent the cabinet from colliding directly with the door edge; and the door's degree of protection is increased.
5. The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame by a plurality of flexible wires. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame by ground knurled screws to form a complete grounding protection circuit.
6. The protection level of the front, rear, top and sides of the cabinet reaches P30, and can also be selected between |P20~|P40 according to user requirements.
7. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for easy lifting and shipping.
◎Installation and use
After the product arrives at the receiving location, it should first check whether the packaging is intact. If problems are found, the relevant departments should be notified in time to find out the reasons. For products not installed immediately, they should be placed in appropriate places according to the normal conditions of use.
Product installation
The installation of the product shall be carried out according to the installation diagram (see Figure 2). The foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. The main busbar shall be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral petroleum jelly or other measures. Then tighten with bolts.
After the product is installed, it needs to be inspected and tested as follows before putting into operation.
a Check whether the cabinet top paint has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
b Whether the operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible, there should be no stuck or excessive operating force.
c Whether the main electrical equipment is reliable or accurate, and whether the auxiliary connection is reliable or accurate.
d Meter indication and transformer change and polarity are correct.
Whether the e busbar connection is good, whether the insulation support, mounting parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.
f Whether the auxiliary connection point meets the requirements, whether the fuse fuse size is correct, whether the relay setting value meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.
Whether the contact of the g circuit meets the requirements of the electrical schematic.
Whether the h protection circuit system meets the requirements.
i Use a 500 volt megger to measure the insulation resistance value not less than 1 megohm.
Precautions for use
a This product is a low-voltage power distribution cabinet that is installed without wall, single-sided (front) operation, and double-sided door maintenance. The maintenance passages and cabinet doors of the products must be operated, inspected and repaired by qualified personnel.
b Air circuit breaker, after multiple times and minutes, will cause local burns and carbon materials in the main contacts, so that the contact resistance will increase. The air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and repaired according to its instruction manual.
