GFM series high-voltage common box enclosed busbars (3-35KV/250A~5000A) were developed by our company in the late 1980s according to market demand. It is widely used in power plant, steel company, hydropower station, high voltage distribution cabinet of thermal power station and transmission and distribution line of generator. The series of busbars are manufactured from the outer casing to the busbar. All manufacturing processes are designed with the best electrical control and the most scientific and rational technology.
Structural performance
The outer casing is made of non-magnetic high-quality aluminum alloy plate, which is fully enclosed and has corrosion resistance, excellent heat dissipation and grounding. Its non-magnetic aluminum material can greatly reduce the eddy current heating caused by high voltage current. Its special flange design allows the larger busbar box to be flexibly spliced, so that the design and installation of the busbar system can be programmed and standardized.
Each busbar is generally provided with a standard access hole in the upper part (also can be set according to the site requirements), and the maintenance personnel can operate to any position inside the busbar. The unique cuffing process at the inspection port and the high-demand flanged full-welding technology enable the busbar enclosure to be protected to IP54 and installed in normal outdoor environments without the need to adjust the degree of protection. The exquisite craftsmanship and reasonable structure make the busbar smooth and flat after the busbar is made, so that there is no water requirement in the outdoor enclosure. The necessary hydrophobic discharge device at the bottom of the busbar can effectively drain the water inside the busbar and block the entry of dust and foreign matter.
The rationalized internal bracket design allows for maximum electrical clearance between each phase bus and fully meets the customer's final requirements. The grounding terminal at the end of each busbar flange allows the busbar system to be installed with an unobstructed overall grounding system.
The surface of the outer casing is sprayed with matt paint and the color can be selected according to customer requirements.
Insulation configuration
The busbar conductor uses air as the insulating medium and selects the corresponding insulation clearance according to different voltage levels. (mm)
The conductor support is an insulated porcelain bottle, which can be selected according to the voltage level, the busbar specification and the customer's mechanical load requirements for the porcelain bottle.
