Pre-embedded screw-out external channel
1 Overview:
The pre-embedded screw-out external channel series is an internal thread embedded part made of stainless steel material, which is prefabricated into concrete tube piece or other concrete structural parts according to design requirements to form a solid mounting base piece. A method of attaching the channel firmly to the surface of a segment or other concrete structure.
The pre-embedded screw outer channel series consists of pre-embedded screw sleeve, plastic positioning sealing bolt, external channel, fixed pressure pad, anti-loose washer, hex bolt or hexagon socket head bolt. When the channel is made of stainless steel, all parts are made of stainless steel.
The AHa type pre-embedded screw sleeve is matched with the plastic positioning sealing bolt a, and the cylindrical portion of the plastic positioning sealing bolt a is directly inserted into the positioning hole of the mold bottom plate.
The AHb pre-embedded screw sleeve is matched with the plastic positioning sealing bolt b. The insulating threaded seat is placed in the rectangular hole of the flat steel bracket, the AHb pre-embedded screw sleeve is screwed into the insulating threaded seat, and the plastic positioning sealing bolt b boss is placed in the mold. In the bottom hole of the bottom plate, the AHb type pre-embedded screw sleeve is perpendicular to the bottom plate of the mold, the two ends of the flat steel support are fixed on the steel net, and the AHb type pre-embedded screw sleeve is rotated to press the plastic positioning sealing bolt b and the mold bottom plate.
2. Installation of the embedded screw sleeve in the tube casting mold:
Direct insertion method: Option One: ★ Screw the plastic positioning bolt a into the pre-embedded screw sleeve and tighten it; ★ Insert the cylindrical end of the plastic positioning bolt tightly into the mold The bottom plate is positioned in the hole to the surface of the template; ★ This method applies to straight channel installation. |
